- Process payroll for employees
- Generate and send invoices to clients
- Manage billing and payment collections
- Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Use QuickBooks for financial transactions
- Coordinate administrative tasks and support the team
- Proficiently use the Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in office management and accounting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of payroll processing
- Ability to handle accounts payable and receivable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving abilities and capability to work independently
- Experience with dispatching is a plus
