The opportunity
We are currently looking for a Billing Manager to both lead a team of two and contribute with their own billing performance. This is a huge opportunity to join a team that has consistently been one of the highest performing teams in the company. The focus is on placing Sales, Marketing and Customer success leaders into high-growth SaaS vendors.
We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant / Manager who has had at least two years leadership experience. This team is an investment area for Stanton House and this individual will have the opportunity to scale this practice over time. With a team of two currently this individual will also be heavily focused on their own billing but as the team grows the role could evolve into focusing more on leadership.
The role reports into to our Executive Vice President, and you'll have the advantage of leveraging existing customer relationships while also having the freedom to develop your own network.
We’re looking for someone based in Chicago. There is a relocation package on offer for anyone looking to relocate to Chicago for this role.
What we’re looking for
- Minimum of three years’ experience in recruitment with at least 18 months focused on the SaaS GTM space.
- Minimum two years leadership experience with a track record of developing high performers.
- Outstanding billings track record, and a genuine desire to build out a new desk from the ground up.

- Blend of strategic thinking and the ability to translate this into actionable plans.
- Commitment to relationship building and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
