Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner with a phone call or email.
- Answer questions and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Take messages and relay information to coworkers.
- Try to resolve customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain an organized schedule of appointments and meetings.
