Responsibilities
- Collaborate with property owners to determine rental rates and ensure competitive market pricing
- Create marketing strategies to attract and retain high-quality tenants
- Conduct thorough tenant screening, including background checks and credit evaluations
- Oversee lease agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections, handling any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Collect rent payments, enforce lease terms, and address any tenant concerns or disputes
- Manage rental listings across various platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a rental manager or in a similar role within the real estate industry
