We're an established restaurant company looking for someone with a unique set of skills that can help us REINVENT the Restaurant General Manager position. In the past our ideal candidate would've been someone with a significant amount of experience. While those candidates are good we are looking for fresh ideas and someone that has extraordinary communication and team building skills.
What we're looking for from our ideal candidate
-Self motivated / Driven
-Creative (Need to be able to find NEW solutions to OLD problems)
-Team builder, motivator and mentor. (This is a must, if you don't posses these skills DON'T APPLY)
-HIGH ENERGY levels
-Not afraid to work (The restaurant industry isn't easy. Sometimes it requires longer hours and a lot of work. If you don't like to work or are looking for an easy paycheck, keep on looking.)
-Service driven (Our paycheck depends on how well our teams perform, your job would be to support them 100%)
-Problem solver (You will be accountable for age old issues like sales, staffing, cost control, team development. You will need to provide solutions and execute these solutions regularly. If you don't like being held accountable, keep on trucking)
-Problem giver (Your teams are only as strong as you make them. If you don't teach your people HOW to find solutions to every day issues your teams knowledge gaps will be large. The larger they are, the less successful you will be.)
Experience is NOT needed. We will provide the extra training for the right person. If you have all the skill sets listed above lets talk.
