Our Kingsville Head Office Location is currently seeking a Grower Liaison to join our Procurement team. The essential function of this position is to support the Procurement process in Canada at the farm level for Mastronardi produce. This individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to this job description.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist Procurement personnel with purchase order, logistics, and estimate entries, grower calls, projection of products.
- Communicate with growers about crop management, timelines, quality and projections
- Ensure grower estimates and purchase orders are accurately entered in a timely fashion
- Set up Grower Quality Reports in order to track grading percent, projection and spec accuracy
- Communicate Grower product quantities to Buying/Sales team to ensure product Min/Max levels are maintained.
- Daily/Weekly reports communicating all pertinent information concerning production
- Travel to growers to communicate company standards
- Work closely with Operations/Logistics to ensure on time delivery of packaging materials to ensure timely distribution to growers
- Support Procurement team with general tasks and duties
- Inspect direct loads weekly
- Liaison farm information back to commodity planning, sales, and procurement management
- Attend weekly/monthly meetings for the procurement department
- During Winter Season assist with processing the PO's for Latin America
Position Requirements:
- Must have valid passport to travel out of country
- Willingness to travel to assignments
- Valid Travel documents
- Computer skills (Microsoft office) required
- Diploma in agriculture or equivalent experience – a definite asset
Working Conditions:
- Greenhouse and pack house conditions in Canada
- Capable of lifting at least 25 lbs.
- Position requires sitting, standing, walking and bending on a regular basis
- Must have manual dexterity to perform computer skills
