Location - 4371 Nicole Drive, Lanham, MD 20706 Lanham, MD/In Office
Pay $22/hr
Job Duties:
Perform research, update filing requirements for projects in various jurisdictions and maintain a database
Follow-up on jobs in working queue to ensure the job is being moved forward as quickly and efficiently as possible
Coordinate payment and reimbursement of permit fees according to company guidelines
Help keep workspace organized, as well as scanning and filing documents appropriately
Perform other job-related duties, as assigned.
What You’ll Need
Able to organize time and tasks in a fast paced environment
Must be self-motivated and thrive in a team environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Microsoft office experience is a must
