Executes the sourcing and/or recruiting process for non-executive positions. Develops and maintains a network of contacts to build and grow passive candidate pipelines, cultivating relationships to establish a qualified talent pool that is readily available to meet business needs. Partners with hiring managers to understand operational needs and job requirements to determine, create, and execute the hiring strategy. Secures quality talent, screens and interviews applicants, and provides a shortlist of screened candidates to hiring manager. Collaborates with recruitment logistics for the post-offer process and issues relating to relocation or immigration.Job Description:
EDUCATION
Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
- Bachelor's: Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. or equivalent education/experience
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN:
- 5 years progressively responsible experience in a human resources, recruiting or sourcing position.
- 5 years experience in working with multiple processes and serving multiple customers.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of applicable employment discrimination laws.
- Familiar with local and national labor market trends.
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices/processes.
- Knowledge of and ability to use various social media/technology platforms to recruit and source candidates.
- Demonstrates assessment skills to screen candidate’s suitability and qualifications to connect the candidate with the appropriate job opportunity.
- Ability to communicate through verbal and written means, and to present information to a variety of audiences.
- Demonstrates ability to influence decision making when circumstances require.
- Ability to establish credibility, and to interact and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the performance of role’s duties.
- Demonstrates respect for cultural and linguistic differences and promotes an inclusive work environment.
- Organization and planning skills to effectively manage and/or re-prioritize activities and projects to meet deadlines while maintaining a high degree of responsiveness.
- Displays a customer service focus in all decisions and actions.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing business priorities.
- Ability to maintain and work discreetly with confidential information.
- Ability to use essential applications and/or databases associated with the role’s duties and responsibilities.
Pay Range: 37.86-56.79
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
