Job Position : Customer Care Representative

Location : VALDOSTA, GA 31601

Pay Rate : $20.00 / hr

Shift : Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Experience : Required 3-5 years relevant experience

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides quality and efficient data entry of orders and customer service to internal customers,

external dealers, and the occasional end-user.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES :

Key Functions :

customer satisfaction

Provides timely resolution to customer complaints, concerns and inquiries

Handles calls, emails, faxes and BIOS orders are answered in a timely, efficient and

knowledgeable manner

Reviews and proofs data entered against source documents; makes necessary corrections

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks and other support efforts

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :

Intermediate to advanced abilities for using Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and company

ERP software (NetSuite) products

Telephone skills / verbal communication - ability to communicate effective to a variety of

audiences using phone and email

Fast and accurate typing / data entry or orders and service requests

Ability to problem solve and recommend adequate solutions to resolve customer needs

Effective organizational and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused

Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills

Ability to work independently and multi-task multiple open orders / dealer issues from initiation

through closure

QUALIFICATIONS :

High school diploma or equivalent desired

3-5 years, or more of customer service and / or junior account management experience

Workplace conditions :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The

employee frequently is required to sit. The employee is regularly required to work in an office

environment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and extensive time with

computers. Eye protection and safety steel toe shoes must be worn at all times while employee is in

the manufacturing plant.
