Sales Team Expectations

  • Positive representation of customer centric culture. You represent the first impression of Tectonics.
  • Demonstrate the ability to aggressively pursue objectives without devaluing our brand.
  • Highly organized, able to organize leads from many sources (web, social, phone, email, etc) and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
  • An ability to be persistent, self-directed, creative, and organized.
  • An ability to celebrate wins, solve problems, take direction, and operate with integrity.
  • Intermediate competency with MS Office, Internet, CRM, and related systems.
  • Highly competent in the use of LinkedIn and other networking platforms .
  • Ability to multi-task various projects with high level of detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.

Education and Experience

  • 2-5 years Sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing and materials within the exhibit industry.

Work Conditions

  • Flexibility to work irregular hours to maintain client communication and meet project deadlines.
