Sales Team Expectations
- Positive representation of customer centric culture. You represent the first impression of Tectonics.
- Demonstrate the ability to aggressively pursue objectives without devaluing our brand.
- Highly organized, able to organize leads from many sources (web, social, phone, email, etc) and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
- An ability to be persistent, self-directed, creative, and organized.
- An ability to celebrate wins, solve problems, take direction, and operate with integrity.
- Intermediate competency with MS Office, Internet, CRM, and related systems.
- Highly competent in the use of LinkedIn and other networking platforms .
- Ability to multi-task various projects with high level of detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
Education and Experience
- 2-5 years Sales experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of manufacturing and materials within the exhibit industry.
Work Conditions
- Flexibility to work irregular hours to maintain client communication and meet project deadlines.
