Applications Manager

Technical Service Support

· Manages all operational activities of the training center

· Work closely and exchange technical product information with Sales and Customer Service.

· Conduct Application Testing on finished goods as directed.

· Technical support for direct customers, and regional offices.

· Conduct sample preparation and report by updating information in Salesforce.

· Complete translucent & opaque colour matching upon request and maintain the inhouse database

· Create, develop, and maintain colour and substrate reference bank

· Produce customer / supply partner samples

· Produce non printed colour cards

· Test new products for application suitability and report findings

· Coordination of service contracts for all application center equipment, maintenance, and breakdowns

· Report and conduct trial products from R&D in application laboratory.

· Prepare and trial various coating systems as per customer line configuration.

· Provide all relevant technical data of customers coating Equipment to R&D and Sales for proper Development.

· Application support for NCI and NCR product.

· Support small batch production for urgent product.

· Support daily housekeeping, safety, and security of small batch production area.

· Ensure all new hires undergo basic technical training

Maintenance of Application Laboratory

· Assurance of cleanness, tidiness and maintenance of the application lab and Table saw area (near small batch production area).

· Storage of IW and GI samples and establish product with proper label and location

· Check machinery in application lab –always in perfect condition

· Ensure daily housekeeping, safety, and security of workplace

General

· Familiarize and understand fully Teknos USA products and coating technologies.

· To respect Teknos USA total quality management (TQM) processes when carrying out all tasks and duties.

· Visiting relevant trade shows to gather information for technical knowledge.

Experience:

• spray booth: 1 year (Preferred)
• roll coaters or UV curing machine: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:
