9AM-530PM MONDAY - FRIDAY
Qualifications :
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Type 35 WPM
- Detail oriented
Responsibilities (Training provided) :
- Work with logistics team on making sure billing information is indicated appropriately, to ensure invoices can be processed correctly against receipts and shipments.
- Invoice processing.
- Update system with additional charges to be billed and double check charges are calculating correctly.
- Work with warehouse associates and warehouse management on processing incoming merchandise accurately into our warehouse management system.
- Respond promptly to customer’s inquiries via email or phone.
- Assist with managing and updating inbound appointment log and coordinate with trucking companies as needed.
- Communicate with warehouse manager and warehouse associates on inbounds beyond our promised window.
- Other duties as assigned.
