Local contractor seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Floor Technician.
Essential Duties & Job Functions:
- Maintain floors in a clean state by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing and burnishing
Qualifications:
Mandatory
- Required to pass a Federal Background Investigation
- Must be a US citizen or lawful permanent resident
- Safe use and maintenance of automatic floor scrubber, propane burnisher and swing buffer
- Knowledge on stripping, waxing and buffing floors
- Daily floor maintenance tasks and appropriate chemical use
- Floor Technician experience
- Must be able to work night shift hours
Preferred
- Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions
- Possess working knowledge of methods, technique, and materials used in floor technician work

- Bi weekly or Twice monthly
