Patient: 7 Year old Male

Location: Maywood, NJ

Equipment: seizure precautions, trach, PEG tube, vent, suctioning, nebulizer, cough assist

Available hours:

• Tuesdays: 8p-6a
• Wednesdays: 8p-6a
• Thursdays: 8p-6a
• Sundays: 8p-6a

Patient: 18 Year old Male

Equipment: seizure precautions, O2 via NC, suctioning, Chest PT BID & PRN, ABI vest BID & PRN, coughalator BID & PRN, nebulizer, J-tube,

Available shifts:

• Monday 7p-7a
• Thursday 7p-7a
• Fridays 7p-7a
• Saturday 7a-7p
• Sunday 7a-7p, 7p-7a

Hours Available:

• Mondays: 10p-6a
• Tuesdays: 10p-6a
• Wednesdays: 10p-6a
• Thursdays: 10p-6a
• Fridays: 10p-6a
• Saturdays: 12 hrs available
• Sundays: 12 hrs available

Location: Moonachie, NJ

Equipment: BiPap

Shifts Available:

• Sunday- Thursday 7p-7a.

Responsibilities:

• Provides skilled nursing 1 on 1 patient care in the home.
• Monitors and assesses patients physical condition.
• Performs treatment and medication administration as prescribed by the physician.
• Submits clinical notes and patient assessment by Tuesday at 12pm following the week that services are provided.
• Experience with any or all of the following equipment: G-Tubes, NG-Tubes, Feeding pumps, O2 Administration, Pulse Ox monitoring, Trach and Vent, etc.

Qualifications:

• Current RN or LPN licensure in good standing in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current CPR certification
• The ability to lift 40lbs
• The ability to function independently in the home
• Current Drivers License
• Must have a satisfactory criminal background check as defined by company policy.
