We are currently looking for a talented Leasing Agent for ROOST Baltimore. The ideal candidate will match ROOST’s culture, be an “out of the box” thinker, exhibit great leadership skills, and have a passion for an entrepreneurial culture.

Job Description
• Greet all visitors, prospective renters and current residents.
• Provides potential renters with brochure information and provides available tours, ensuring units are consistent with brand standard.
• Consults with prospective tenants to identify requirements and budgets, then matches these needs with available properties.
• Responsible for proactively soliciting new business, managing groups, and extended stay related opportunities.
• Duties include, but not limited to direct mailings, prepare move-in materials, and marketing.
• Creates, develops, and maintains wait list database.
• Works with sales team to develop marketing strategies to attract residents.
• Actively upsells each business prospect to maximize revenue opportunity and to achieve both individual and team related goals.

Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing – preferably in the hotel/corporate housing industry
• Business Administration Degree preferable
• Self-Starter with entrepreneurial spirit
• Local candidates must report to the property
• Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system
• Flexibility with work schedule
• Customer service experience required
