We’re looking for a highly skilled recruiter to join our team and help us find the right people for the right roles. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment or human resources, along with deep knowledge of the screening, interviewing, and hiring processes. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with hiring managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for every role and to meet competitive hiring goals and expectation
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles, helping managers find, hire and retain quality candidates
- Remain active with job boards, social networks and platforms for finding quality candidates
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board(s)/company website/colleges/etc
- Develop and update job descriptions, job ads and new hire announcements
- Screen candidates resumes and job applications; invite qualified applicants for interviews
- Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation, enforcing regulations with managers, recommending new procedures, and conducting training.
- Extend Verbal and Written contingent job offers
- Initiate pre-employment testing, including background checks and MVRs
- Coordinate new hire onboarding, ensuring that all pre-hire activites have been completed before new hire’s start date
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Ability to travel within the local area for recruitment events
Minimum Qualification
- 2 or more years of experience in recruitment or human resources
- Familiarity with job boards and applicant tracking systems
- Proven success in conducting interviews using various methods (phone, in-person and video)
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Industry-specific knowledge is preferred but not required
