Description
The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company under the director of the CFO. You will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and implementing financial policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Financial Reporting
- Internal Controls
- Month End Closing/Year End Closing
- Audit Preparation/Management
- Tax Compliance
- Inventory Control
- ERP Main Finance Contact (Netsuite)
The role is HYBRID with in office days required based at our Sumner, WA corporate office/warehouse facility. We will be relocating to Pacific, WA by the end of 2023.

Requirements
1. Five (5) years’ experience as an Accounting Manager of both people and processes.
2. Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting or a related field, CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
3. Financial experience in a wholesale distributor servicing various retail customers.
4. Experiential in assuring GAAP compliance and implementing accounting best practices.
5. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent English written & oral communication skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and business relations skills.
8. Strong prioritization/organization/problem-solving/decision-making skills.
9. High level of initiative, professionalism and ownership of decisions and outcomes.
10. Ability to think and react in a fast-paced environment.
11. Microsoft Office and Netsuite experience.
SALARY IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH WASHINGTON STATE LEGAL REQUIREMENTS - THE RANGE DISPLAYED IS NOT ALIGNED WITH HIRING RANGE
Salary : $75,000 - $125,000
