YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Performing mechanical maintenance, installations, repairs, and inspecting all mill equipment
Troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, and repairing breakdowns
Following work orders, reading and interpreting blueprints
Ensure all machinery and equipment are operating and fully functioning
Performing welding, handling alignments, and anything related to preventative maintenance
Operating cranes, forklifts, and other heavy equipment
Documenting data utilizing a CMMS, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Journeyman Millwright with two years of experience in a heavy industrial setting
Completion of a 4 year Millwright apprenticeship program or 8 years of mechanical maintenance experience
The ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams
Previous experience working with a wide variety of equipment and machinery, preferably in a mill setting or heavy industrial environment
Previous experience using CMMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
A valid driver license
Strong mathematical skills
Experience operating cranes, forklifts, man lifts and scissor lifts
The ability to work a 4 on 4 off schedule on 12 hour shifts
