Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager (preferably with construction/installation/trades experience) who has an entrepreneurial attitude and work ethic! Must have P& L experience managing the entire operation to include: human resources, quality control, sales, billing/receivables, inventory, loading/unloading, scheduling and collections.

Here is some of what you will need (required):
- Model Leadership; Connect with the people that you lead; Multiply talent.
- Lead Operations teams through local leaders who deliver results through low costs and high efficiency while working safely.
- Operations: Full P&L responsibility.
- Processes/Compliance: Operations, Finance, Credit & Collections, HR, Health & Safety, Procurement and Sales & Marketing.
- Achieve operational goals/metrics.
- Provide on the job training through self or others.
- Other duties as assigned.
Here is some of what you will need (required):
- 4 increasing responsibility and managerial experience prefer: construction/installation, trades.
- Full P&L experience.
- Clear Post Offer Drug Screen.
- Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.
