Job Description: We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Life Insurance Agents. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients navigate the complex world of life insurance and select policies that meet their specific needs. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed, and there is no lead or resource cost to our agents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance policies
- Educate clients on the benefits of life insurance
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Requirements
- No experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
