This position works amongst a team of Talent Acquisition Partners in the University's central Office of Human Resources and performs the following functions: evaluates and approves temporary SHRA and EHRA postings (includes regular temporary positions, intermittent temporary positions, and special program positions), advises and consults with departments campus-wide on policies and procedures for temporary positions, and provides best practices and consultation for temporary recruitment. The position will be responsible for conducting post compliance audits to ensure departments are in compliance with University, State, and Federal guidelines. In addition, this position will oversee the Unpaid Volunteer, Intern, and Visiting Scholar program and assist the Talent Acquisition Partners with teleworking requests by reviewing and analyzing requests for approval.
