Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Check in lab work patients
- Scan medical records
- Prepare charts for the next day
- Manage and schedule appointments, surgeries, and follow-up visits.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Verify patient information, insurance details, and collect necessary documentation.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
