In order to support our further growth, we are currently recruiting for a Technical Writer based in our Utrecht office.
The opportunity in short
Are you passionate about improving users' lives and helping them utilize our platform through clear, engaging, and comprehensive documentation? Join us as a Technical Writer! In this role, you'll educate BD users by managing end-to-end user documentation—including technical and non-technical content—contributing to our multi-channel approach that fosters flexibility and creativity.
Some of the responsibilities you'd have:
- Creating and managing educational materials for BlueDolphin users
- Crafting content in various formats such as articles, manuals, and guides
- Writing content for multiple channels such as Documentation Portal and AI Assistant
- Collaborate regularly with the PO and Engineering to gather content requirements
A strong candidate would fill most of the boxes below:
- At least 2 years of experience working with end-user documentation
- At least one Technical Writer exposure in a software-based company
- You are used to partnering with engineers and POs when crafting content
- You have experience working with at least one agile methodology framework
- You can navigate and communicate with multiple teams while following a release schedule
Nice to have
- You earn extra points if you have any experience with SaaS platforms or digital transformation solutions.
