What are the responsibilities and job description for the BDC Manager position at VAN SYCKLE KIA?
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Business Development Center (BDC)/Internet Sales Manager to oversee the BDC center at Van Syckle Kia. You will be responsible for setting sales appointments, responding to phone and internet inquiries in a timely manner, and answering general questions.
Other Duties:
Posting and uploading relevant content to Facebook and Google My Business profiles
Responding to reviews - Positive and Negative
Working with the Sales Manager to get current offers and incentives to make sure messages are the same throughout the ads
Communicating with Vendors on current offers and incentives to get same messaging out through digital ads on Google, Facebook, etc.,
Completing Tasks in a timely manner within the CRM
Job Requirements:
-Previous Auto Sales and / or BDC experience a plus but not necessary
-Pleasant and engaging phone persona
-Call Center experience a plus but not necessary
-Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
-Team-oriented
-Self Starter

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
