The Marketing Specialist will play multiple roles in a quickly growing startup. This includes but is not limited to: developing a detailed understanding of our product, generating awareness by writing about our capabilities in a compelling way for our prospects and customers, developing qualified leads to drive revenue growth, and running our marketing automation platform. Flexibility in handling multiple projects and the ability to rapidly learn technical information will be essential for success.

Specifically, this person will:

• Collaborate closely with both the sales, marketing, and customer success functions achieving company goals and executing Marketing activities that drive sales qualified leads.
• Collaborate with Sales to understand the buyer and customer journey and lead the creation of sales collateral and other tools to assist them in driving revenue.
• Work with our marketing agency to manage key project deadlines.
• Manage the marketing budget and ROI-related KPIs.
• MC our bi-monthly sales webinars to help drive sales qualified leads.
• Exercise a data-centric approach in evaluating all Marketing activities and improve marketing results based on such insights.
• Play an integral role in communications including internal communications, customer communication, and social media.
• Develop appropriate materials for in-person and virtual events and help in executing them.
• Provide input to the Senior Marketing Manager for overall Marketing strategy.
• Manage relationship with CAI (Our industry’s leading body of knowledge) State chapters and other trade organizations within the community association management industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field preferred or relevant experience.
• 2 to 3 years of Marketing experience, preferably in the SaaS technology/software space and B2B.
• Proven ability to tie demand creation efforts directly to sales pipeline, including inbound marketing and lead management; with a track record of aligning with sales around these tasks.
• Experienced in digital marketing, generating awareness and demand through the full marketing mix across all media. Familiar with marketing automation systems (not mandatory, but preferably HubSpot). A demonstrated track record of success and performance.
• Entrepreneurial Experience – ideally, experience with a start-up, or early-stage venture, or a successful turn-around situation, is highly desired (proven success and results with limited resources¾people, money, time). This would ideally be with a younger, more progressive brand that is disruptive in its market, with a Marketing approach that is cutting-edge.

What About Hours, Pay & Benefits?

This position is full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00 and salary is based on experience. Vantaca offers a competitive compensation package that includes base salary, medical, dental and vision plans as well as a 401(k), life insurance and relocation assistance where applicable.
