Brand Manager

Overview:

The Brand Manager is responsible for maintaining the brand focus and managing the strategic planning, sales, and marketing direction for the brand.

Key Accountabilities:

• Work with sales leads to gather data and feedback and provide to product teams to ensure assortments are aligned with account strategies
• Work with licensors to understand trends/specs and approval processes required to curate each brand line.
• Initiate the development with internal departments to develop, create, market, and produce collections for each brand.
• Responsible for strategic planning, development, and financials/projections regarding all current brands and initiatives to drive growth of national and internal brand portfolios.
• Establish MSRP’s in partnership with merchandising team and develop pricing strategy for each brand in partnership.
• Partner with sourcing on any changes needed to product or pricing during buy process and ensure accuracy
• Partner with demand planning and sales on buy strategy based on projected sales, selling history and customer feedback.
• Prepare and present presentations and recaps as needed both internally and externally at the brand level
• Present brand in account meetings as needed
• Recap retail and wholesale selling and utilize information to help maximize opportunities
• Frequently prepare targeted assortment packages
• Additional brand specific projects as needed

Required Skills/Abilities/Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing or related field
• 3 – 5 YEARS WORKING EXPERIENCE
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with mindfulness
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a demanding environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Prior successful marketing campaign and branding work experience necessary!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,003.00 per year
