In this position, you will be responsible for scheduling meetings and depositions, responding to inquiries and providing our clients with state-of-the-art products and services that will meet their needs. Main Purpose of the Role

This role partners with management in the identification, recruitment, and selection of Veritext’s top talent on a national basis, spanning all levels of talent across diverse skillsets within the organization. May have responsibility for strategic sourcing efforts for Canada.

Will be primarily responsible for expediting full-cycle talent acquisition efforts to ensure open positions are filled with high caliber talent to meet current and future needs. Manage the full recruiting life cycle within assigned roles and geographies. Will serve as a business partner and specialist in sourcing, recruiting, and identifying qualified applicants for highly specialized and difficult to attract positions. Will interface with internet sourcing tools and social media as well as strategic sourcing campaigns and resources to bring best in class talent to the organization. Successful incumbent will provide proactive sourcing, project management, screening, salary negotiation, and closing offers.

In addition, this role will have key focus on collaborating with business leaders and People Team colleagues to develop and execute recruitment strategies that drive our business forward. With a focus on candidate experience and delivering results, this role is critical to our long-term success.

Demonstrated record of measurable success in a fast paced, high-volume environment for growing, scaling, technology-enabled, services organizations. Ability to target candidates and build a talent pipeline with focus on candidate relationship building. Experience utilizing a variety of sourcing methodologies and able to develop strategic recruiting programs. Ability to respond to competing business demands. Must have a keen grasp of regulatory and compliance environment. Supportive and collaborative approach to guiding new hiring leaders through the process.


Responsibilities:

  • Locating new places and new ways to source the best people in the competitive market for talent.
  • Manages requisitions, conducts a needs assessment with hiring manager, reviews and tracks resumes, creates job postings & oversees the posting process
  • Conducts phone screens to identify candidates to progress to hiring manager screens or onsite/virtual interviews. Creates and presents prescreening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
  • Consults with senior leadership to identify recruitment needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments
  • Completes detailed search assignments (client engagement documents), ensuring an understanding of job duties responsibilities and business requirements and if necessary, modifies existing job descriptions to accurately reflect the position
  • Leverages online recruiting resources and in-house ATS to identify and recruit high caliber talent
  • Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates and enhances the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Interview all candidates presented and includes the use of behavioral-based interviewing methodologies
  • Should be process driven, manage the scheduling process and logistics of all interviews, candidates and hiring managers
  • Advocate for internal mobility
  • Participate, drive and bring forward-thinking opportunities to build a diverse, inclusive workforce that is representative of a wide range of talent
  • Ability to train new hiring leaders


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or other adjacent field
  • 5 years of high-volume recruitment experience working in a services-oriented business
  • Comfort in navigating an ATS
  • Experience overseeing and executing the full recruitment life cycle
  • Strategic sourcing campaign management, social media savvy and other candidate outreach tools
  • Must be willing to run point on day-to-day project management of candidate experience ranging from communications, candidate flow, offer letters and other administrative responsibilities related to onboarding new talent.
  • Ability to influence, bring market relevant data points to hiring leaders.
  • Ability to represent organizational goals while advocating for candidates’ needs
  • Focus on measurement of process, quality of hire and talent acquisitions metrics and trends
  • Ability to drive diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging in talent attraction and acquisition efforts
  • Willingness to bring best in class knowledge to the organization and interest in sharing, developing, and collaborating with others to drive employee proposition
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
