- Manage and lead the front-of-house staff

- Maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
- Assist with bartending duties during busy periods
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Skills
- Strong budgeting skills to manage costs effectively
- Leadership abilities to motivate and guide staff members
- Knowledge of restaurant management practices
- Familiarity with catering services in the food industry
- Ability to train and supervise front-of-house staff
