JOB DESCRIPTION
Role : Scrum PM.
Key responsibility:
- 10 yrs of exp as a TEchnical PM and SCrum Master Should have vast technical experience in lead and managing .Net Java based teams
- Should be well versed with Agile and Scrum methodolgy Assist the team techincal and ensure they are able to work together Responsible for the implementation of the Scrum process of complex IT projects for our customers Active support and moderation of Scrum Meetings Workshops Continuous improvement of agile software development processes Close cooperation and coordination with the product owners the teams as well as other Scrum Masters Contact for all questions of agile software development and impulse generator for further development of agile processes and team development Aware of the CI CD process and tools
- Frequent reporting to the Leadership team on the metrics and progress
- Good knowledge in JIRA Confluence and MS office tools
