What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Inspector position at Vitus?
A Branch 2 licensed pest control worker is also known as a field inspector should have their Branch 2 and Branch 3 license. The field inspector should have a strong sales background as they will be upselling the product and conducting inspections.
Job Description:
- The field inspector will visually inspecting for pest, pest harborage, and pest entries
- The field inspector will determine R-Value to attics and crawl spaces
- The field inspector will have the ability to "self- start" and work independently
- The field inspector will take personal initiative and responsibility for correcting pest problems
- The field inspector will prospect for in-home sales in a designated sales territory
- The field inspector will respond to and initiate telephone contact with potential customers
- The field inspector will develop community relationships for referral and sales opportunities
- The field inspector will develop a proposal, specific for the individual homeowner’s needs
- The field inspector will sell additional services to existing customer base and new referrals
- The field inspector will close the sale and achieve assigned sales performance objectives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
