Our team is a portion of the Omnichannel approach that offers our communities accessibility and affordability to their healthcare needs. Our team’s goal is to remove the day-to-day administration components of the process to allow our providers to focus on providing white glove care to our patients and communities.
What you will do…
This role supports associate training in Pharmacy and Health and Wellness through coordination of courses, training facilitation, and overseeing reports and forms. They provide instruction on machinery operation, distribute materials, and ensure training completion. They contribute to program development, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement processes aligned with business needs. They uphold company policies and ethical standards while taking a leadership role in teams, coordinating assignments and modeling adaptability.
Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years of experience training associates in the healthcare space ex. Pharmacy, doctors office, dental office.
- Strong teaching abilities and mentoring skills.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to provide leadership to personnel in a fast-paced work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 or more years’ experience in a call center environment working as a call center trainer or team leader.
- Healthcare background in one or more fields Medical, Dental, Pharmacy
- Training Certification plus
- Developing call centers' education materials, such as digital presentations, how-to manuals, and instructional video
- Scheduling and conducting training sessions on various call center topics to prepare and support associates.
- Training experienced associates on new or updated call center procedures to improve their performance.
