Night Auditor
Pay: $20 per/hr
Hours: 11pm – 7am Sun-Weds (Open to having them fill one 3pm-11pm shift to get 40 Hours)
Location: Stowe
Summary:
The Night Auditor will be responsible for Balancing all revenue and settlement accounts nightly and making corrections and adjustments as needed. They will Answer the main switchboard and handle all guest requests during the overnight shift. They will generate audit and management reports and distribute to appropriate management staff daily and check guests in and out as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Audits all hotel revenues nightly-rooms and food and beverage
- Posts and transmits all revenue accounts
- Balances revenues and make adjustments as necessary
- Resolves any guests’ requests, issues, and complaints
- Answers main switchboard and transfer calls or take messages as appropriate
- Checks guests in and out as needed
- Prints management and audit reports and distribute to appropriate management staff
- Reset computer system for the next day’s operations
- Works with security staff to resolve any guest or employee issues during the overnight shift
- Maintains guest confidentiality
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass background check
- Needs Auditing Experience
