Under general supervision, provides clerical/administrative support to the training and development function. Coordinates the delivery of the designated training curricula according to the need of the organization.

- Plans, coordinates and communicates monthly training schedule for designated region and specified courses. May resolve routine scheduling conflicts.
- Maintains records of course attendance, participants evaluation, training and logistic cost, etc.
- Maintains the training materials, reorders when necessary and coordinates the delivery to the training locations.
- Assists with training development and implementation and special projects as required.
- Handles clerical functions of the department including routine inquiries regarding training schedules, courses and special events.
- Schedules training meetings or orientations; notifies attendees, and makes necessary arrangements. Arranges for outside services (audio visual, meals, travel) as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- This job has no supervisory duties.

- Education: High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
