Position 

WorkFusion is seeking a Senior Engineer to join our Engineering team, to work on new product capabilities that enable “no code” creation of business process automations. If you have a passion for making complex technologies easily consumable and usable by non-technical users, this is an ideal role for you! Whether you are an experienced User Interface developer motivated by the goal of creating outstanding user experience, or a sophisticated backend engineer experienced working on application developer tools, object-oriented data schemas, or rules engineers you are encouraged to apply for this opportunity. In this role, you will gain exposure to modern Cloud technologies as well as the latest innovations in large-scale process automation and machine learning. WorkFusion engineers take full responsibility for feature development, and successful delivery to our on-premise and Cloud customers. Continuous improvement is a core tenant of our company culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in development lifecycle starting from research to product or feature launch
• Contribute to our Agile/Scrum process including decomposition of features into tasks, execution of development tasks, unit testing, continuous integration and deployment
• Leverage current technologies to create micro-frontends and micro-services that enable no code business process creation and configuration
• Provide Level 4 support of production on-premise and Cloud customers
  

Qualifications: 

• Strong Java or JavaScript developer with 5 years software product development experience
• Experience developing or interfacing with REST APIs
• Experience developing Java code with Apache Spring Framework, or Javascript code with ReactJS
• Experience developing microservices and/or micro-frontends
• Proficiency in advanced data structures, algorithms, OO programming, and computational complexity
• Proficiency in building production quality code with test coverage

Would be a plus  

• Exposure to public cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Exposure to cloud technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Exposure to rules engines
• Exposure to Apache Camel
• Exposure to Machine Learning concepts
• Strong preference for Eastern Time Zone

Our salary for the Senior Engineer ranges between $140,000 - $160,000 annually and will align with the candidate’s experience and skill set.  This position is also eligible for a variable annual bonus, based on both individual and company performance.  In addition, WorkFusion offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Life and AD&D Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, Unlimited Paid Time Off and 401k (with a Company match of 100% of the first 4%)
