Overview:
Integrity One Technologies, Inc., A Xerox Company, is seeking a Mailroom and Print Shop Manager to bring his or her office organizational prowess, expert attention to detail, service orientation and highly motivated drive to provide high quality office management as the Mailroom and Print Shop Manager in Somerset, KY. Additionally, the Mailroom and Print Shop Manager should be an excellent communicator in person and over email, phone and video calls as well as remain flexible to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, results-oriented atmosphere.
Responsibilities:
- Operation of all mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, Buskro equipment, banding, cutter, etc.
- Cut printed sheets to prepare for packaging
- Package postal mail trays for delivery
- Prepare daily USPS paperwork and reports
- Load USPS trucks for pickup of mailers
- Assist in other departments as needed – i.e., inspecting embroidery garments, pulling sales orders, etc. during downtime when NewLife has no work
- Perform other duties as needed per request of management
Requirements (Physical, Mental, Environmental Demands):
- Knowledge of operating digital presses and setting up / imposing various types of print jobs through automated workflows
- Candidates from information technology (IT) and/or managed print services (MPS) work environments are preferred
- Strong awareness of safety aspects of position due to exposure to moving mechanical parts
- Must occasionally lift up and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to visually operate equipment and inspect work (color, print quality)
- Must be able to hear auditory alarms, speak, concentrate, analyze, and solve complex issues throughout the course of the workday
- Ability to work on a personal computer (PC) including repetitive use of a keyboard and mouse for extended periods throughout the course of the workday
- Must be able to read and comprehend equipment functionality and instructions throughout the course of the workday
- Ability to perform basic routine equipment maintenance on copier equipment (clear jams. etc.)
- Ability to stand, sit, stoop, kneel and crouch throughout the course of the workday
Qualifications:
- An associate degree is preferred
- Ambitious, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently, willingness to do whatever it takes, and proven ability to succeed
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective communication skills and experience in coordinating with cross-functional teams
- Good client interaction and customer relationship skills
- Strong office management skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite (O365, Outlook, MS Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated knowledge of Apple and/or Android products
- Ability to anticipate the needs for the office and customers
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Responsible, trustworthy and conscientious, with outstanding organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent follow through
- Gracious professionalism, service orientation, and strong people skills and judgment
- Results oriented with the ability to take charge when needed
- Ability and willingness to be flexible, adapt, and "wear many hats”
