Summary of Position

The Customer Service Representative will possess exemplary customer service skills and a positive attitude while being goal and detail-oriented.
If you have the ability to speak clearly, with regular and timely attendance, while ensuring all State, Federal and contractual guidelines are met, this is the job for you!
Essential Job Requirements
- Must be able to multi-task between various responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate and complete information to customers
- Respond to requests and resolve customer concerns as they arise
- Must be able to make hard decisions and handle stressful situations while deescalating difficult callers
- Please note : This position is an in-office only position.
Required Education
High School diploma or equivalent experience in a related field
Required Skills
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to find, read, interpret and document information from multiple sources including state and / or company systems
- Ability to type a minimum of 25 wpm
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Available Schedules
- Full Time - 40 hours per week
- Part Time Benefit Eligible - 30 hours or more per week
- Part Time - less than 30 hours per week
