Position Responsibilities:
- Operate all equipment in accordance with standard work practices within assigned work area.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment within assigned work area.
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity and cost standards within assigned work area.
- Conform to all safety rules based on Job Safety Analysis (JSA) studies within assigned work area.
Operate equipment efficiently, safely and make necessary adjustments to get machine back to zero in accordance with machine / process specific SOP's and JSA's.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalent.
- Minimum one (1) year prior stable work experience.
- Minimum one (1) year experience in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills and experience:
- Prior machining, assembly or testing experience.
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years experience in a manufacturing work cell environment.
