Performs routine branch opening, closing, customer service, and other operational tasks and activities. Being an Assistant Branch Manager II assumes responsibility for the branch office during the manager's absence. Monitors daily activities and metrics to ensure that branch operations adhere to company policies and procedures. Additionally, Assistant Branch Manager II ensures compliance with bank policies as well as federal and state laws and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Assistant Branch Manager II supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments.
