Assisted Living Manager administers the day-to-day operations in a skilled nursing, assisted living, or similar facility. Responsible for maintaining a high standard of care for the residents and ensures proper accommodations. Being an Assisted Living Manager may participate in resident assessments to help identify needs. Implements and monitors safety protocols. Additionally, Assisted Living Manager builds good relationships with residents and their families, and addresses complaints and concerns.
