Assisted Living Resident Driver drives and accompanies residents to various locations, including errands, activities, and doctor's appointments. Ensures the safety of all passengers and operates the vehicle in compliance with all state laws. Being an Assisted Living Resident Driver may be responsible for completing related paperwork and/or coordinating vehicle maintenance. Typically requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Additionally, Assisted Living Resident Driver requires Commercial Driver License (CDL) - Class B. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Assisted Living Resident Driver works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. To be an Assisted Living Resident Driver typically requires 1-3 years of related experience.
