BCBS Interplan Operations Coordinator supports the daily operations of BCBS programs to ensure timely and accurate processing of claims and inquiries. Processes and reviews out-of-network claims, adjustments, and transactions according to BCBSA guidelines. Being a BCBS Interplan Operations Coordinator coordinates with Home and Host plans to research, track, and resolve claim and eligibility discrepancies. Monitors work queues and reporting to ensure service levels and processing deadlines are met. Additionally, BCBS Interplan Operations Coordinator maintains accurate documentation and records to support audits and compliance requirements. Assists team members and management with issue resolution and process improvement efforts. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
