Biopharma Process Engineering Manager manages a team of engineers that are responsible for implementing, maintaining, and optimizing biopharma processes. Oversees the process simulations, modeling, and scale-up studies to ensure efficient and cost-effective production. Being a Biopharma Process Engineering Manager reviews and evaluates processes to enhance yield, productivity, and product quality. Identifies process bottlenecks, performs root cause analysis, and implements corrective actions to improve process performance.
