Requirements and Responsibilities

Branch Support Manager manages and oversees the team responsible for providing internal customer and solution services to bank branch employees. Ensures policies and procedures are implemented effectively to maximize efficiency and limit response time. Being a Branch Support Manager defines and monitors service quality metrics to identify areas of improvement. Monitors and evaluates branch requests to identify knowledge gaps and make training suggestions. Additionally, Branch Support Manager typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Branch Support Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions.
