Requirements and Responsibilities

Broker Relations Representative II supports and maintains relationships with external insurance brokers and agencies to promote the organization's products, drive sales performance, and ensure broker satisfaction. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned brokers by responding to inquiries, providing product information, and resolving service-related issues. Being a Broker Relations Representative II educates brokers on product features, underwriting guidelines, pricing, and submission processes to support effective quoting and placement. Monitors broker production activity, identifies performance trends, and recommends actions to grow business metrics. Additionally, Broker Relations Representative II coordinates with internal departments such as underwriting, claims, and operations to facilitate broker requests and ensure timely service delivery. Maintains accurate records of broker interactions, activities, and performance metrics in CRM and reporting systems. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Broker Relations Representative II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Broker Relations Representative II typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
