Requirements and Responsibilities
Clinical Programmer I evaluates, develops, and maintains clinical database and analyzes clinical data. Codes, tests and documents databases. Being a Clinical Programmer I performs data validation and develops algorithms for data management, typically using SAS programming language. May require a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Clinical Programmer I typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Clinical Programmer I works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a Clinical Programmer I typically requires 0-2 years of related experience.
