Clinical Programs Development Director directs the design and implementation of clinical programs to improve member health outcomes, care quality, and cost-effectiveness. Develops evidence-based program models spanning care management, disease management, and population health initiatives. Being a Clinical Programs Development Director leads multidisciplinary teams and clinical stakeholders through program design, pilot, and scaled deployment. Analyzes clinical, utilization, and outcomes data to identify program opportunities and measure impact.
