Cloud Architecture Analyst III assists in the design and management of an organization's cloud systems, applications, policies, and strategy. Develops and modifies scalable architecture to support applications and infrastructure on IaaS and PaaS platforms. Being a Cloud Architecture Analyst III evaluates and identifies the best cloud solutions for the organization. Incorporates security management and privacy requirements into cloud hardware, software, and applications. Additionally, Cloud Architecture Analyst III designs controls and processes that utilize available audit tools. Maintains up-to-date and extensive knowledge of cloud products and technology. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. May require attainment of a certification like Certified Cloud Architect that is specific to a vendor or platform. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Cloud Architecture Analyst III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. To be a Cloud Architecture Analyst III typically requires 4-7 years of related experience.
