Requirements and Responsibilities

Cooperative Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and implementing cooperative education programs for a university/college. Assists with building and maintaining relationships with companies and organizations that offer co-op opportunities. Being a Cooperative Program Coordinator monitors the progress and effectiveness of the cooperative programs, making adjustments as needed. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Cooperative Program Coordinator typically reports to a manager. The Cooperative Program Coordinator occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. To be a Cooperative Program Coordinator typically requires 2-4 years of related experience.
