Requirements and Responsibilities

CRM Program Supervisor supervises the team responsible for developing and executing customer relationship management (CRM) initiatives and strategies that drive engagement and retention. Uses CRM systems to analyze client data to improve the client experience, identify trends, measure effectiveness, and generate leads. Being a CRM Program Supervisor builds and maintains relationships with both current and prospective clients. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, CRM Program Supervisor typically reports to a manager. The CRM Program Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a CRM Program Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.
