Demand Analyst II develops demand forecasts to support operational planning, inventory management, and business decision-making. Analyzes inventory levels, sales data, production metrics, and product demand trends to determine the amount of finished product to be produced. Being a Demand Analyst II identifies, evaluates, and determines the best metrics to provide accurate and responsive forecasting models and tools. Collaborates with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to incorporate promotional activity, seasonality, and market intelligence into forecasts. Additionally, Demand Analyst II monitors forecast performance and forecast bias to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions. Prepares forecast reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Demand Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
